Federal election campaign finance laws require the Bush-Cheney campaign to pay only the equivalent of first-class airline tickets for the vice president and his wife on such visits. The cost of the large Secret Service contingent that is required by federal law to travel with the president and vice president is not covered. That tab, will be picked up by taxpayers. "

Wonder how that expense compares to the tax cut the average American got? Or, for that matter, to the size of the contracts Halliburton has gotten?
