Whatever happened to tort reform?
Donald Luskin, a scribbler for
National Review who seems to have the same sort of relationship with him that John Hinckley did with Jodie Foster, has decided to
go all O'Reilly on
Atrios, apparently with the idea that Atrios would get all a-quiver at receiving a letter from an attorney. It's a nuisance suit, pure and simple. Luskin doesn't have a leg to stand on, and the
National Review should be ashamed to continue publishing his drivel.
Gee, I thought right wingers were against frivolous lawsuits.
