no longer operational, because there's evidence that Iraqis visited the "aspirin factory" in the months before we blew it up. And even though that didn't matter up until now, now it can be used as evidence of an Iraq/al Qaeda connection, so now it matters. Oceania has
always been at war with Eastasia.
